ULTRASONIC TESTING (UT)

HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE TESTING

Hydrostatic Pressure Testing is used to evaluate the integrity and performance of fluid-carrying components such as pipes, tubing, and coils. This method helps identify leaks and ensures the structural reliability of the material under pressure and operating conditions.

LIQUID PENETRANT TESTING (LPT)

Liquid Penetrant Testing is highly effective for detecting surface-breaking defects in non-porous materials. Our inspectors use both fluorescent and visible dye penetrant methods to ensure reliable detection of cracks and flaws.

Welding Procedure & Qualification Testing

We develop and qualify Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) tailored to project needs, ensuring compliance with international standards (ASME, API, AWS) and project requirements.

BOLT TESTING

We offer comprehensive bolt inspection and testing services, including:

Bolt Pull-Out Testing, Bolt Tightening Inspections, Bolt Grade and Material Verification, and Bolt Chemical and Mechanical Testing.

MAGNETIC PARTICLE INSPECTION (MPI)

Magnetic Particle Inspection is used to detect surface and near-surface defects in ferromagnetic materials. We offer wet fluorescent MPI for components up to 12 feet in length, using equipment capable of producing up to 6,500 amps for accurate results.
